5 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit ৳500. Minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to hack or misuse another member's account.
• Attempting to access from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

Okwin may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account for any of the following reasons:

• Violating the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or inaccurate information.
• Identity verification not completed.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request.

Members may request to close their account at any time. Any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus funds and winnings from unmet wagering requirements will not be returned.
